3. How long before my item is shipped?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. In cases where a back order occurs, we will order the merchandise and notify you of the expected ship date. If the merchandise is delayed for an extended period of time, we will ship available items to you, with a follow-up shipment of the back ordered items with no additional shipping charges.
If not received within 10-14 days please call customer service at 1.888.997.7887.
Certified check or money orders accepted gladly. Orders will be processed upon receipt of check. Select the Check or money order option when completing your transaction through our shopping cart.
6. What is your return policy?
All items must be returned within 30 days with tags in place and in original condition. Special order items are not returnable. Please call us at 1-800-997-7887 to obtain a "RA" (return authorization) number. Please clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box, items returned without a "RA Number" will not be accepted. Please indicate the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

7. How will I know my order has been received and is being processed?
You will receive an acknowledging e-mail and please save it until transaction is complete.
8. What sales tax will be charged to my purchase?
0% unless you live in Pennsylvania, then it is 7% on non-apparel items, ie: golf shoes, jewelry, etc.
